We ship worldwide.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment, excluding holidays or unless otherwise specified.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We use DHL or FedEx as our shipping partners, depending on the destination and product type. The shipping method is selected automatically to ensure the most reliable and efficient delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track the shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We typically declare a lower item value to help reduce the risk of customs fees.

If the package is held by customs in the shipping country, we will resend the order.

If the package is held by customs in the destination country, the buyer is responsible for resolving the issue. We are not able to intervene or offer refunds in such cases.
If you have specific instructions regarding customs declarations (e.g. declared value), please leave a note with your order.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
